Based in a small town in the Northern part of India, Sahib Biwi aur Gangster is a story packed with intrigue betrayal and ambition between a beautiful Begum, her Nawab husband and an ambitious young boy.
The Nawab and his Begum, live in their ancestral royal house trying to maintain the status and structure their ancestors had left behind. But due to the changing time, some extreme financial conditions and the long gone habit of a royal having a mistress, the Nawab tries real hard to maintain his status and financial conditions.

All Set For 'Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster
Powerhouse of talent Tigmanshu Dhulia's much talked about 'Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster' which was shot across virgin locations of Gujarat completed its 30 day back to back shoot.
It is also the first Hindi feature film being shot on Alexa and going by industry news, the results have come out fantastic.

SBG not a remake
Filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia says that his film Sahib, Bibi Aur Gangster, starring Jimmy Sheirgill and Mahi Gill, is not a remake of Guru Dutt's 1962 movie Sahib, Bibi Aur Ghulam.
Dhulia says his film has nothing in common with the old classic about the fall of feudal lords in Bengal.

The treatment of this film will be classical though the moments and the characters are contemporary and twisted, it will be a dark look at the fragile feudal set up directly in conflict with the changing casteist politics and the people who now want a piece of their share which was deprived to them for long.
